EXTON, PA - Nov. 25, 1997: Automation Applications Inc. (AAI), a provider of process control engineering services, announced today that it has established an Oil & Gas Services Division located in the company's new Houston, TX office.

To form the Oil & Gas Services (OGS) Group, AAI has assembled its engineers most experienced in the oil and gas industry as well as expanded its operating capacity. The group will concentrate solely on projects involving gas processing, petrochemicals, pipelines, refining and on related new product development. AAI's Oil & Gas Services Division will be located at 16850 Saturn Lane, Suite 100, Houston, TX 77058.

Establishing an industry specific unit enables the staff to be better acquainted with industry opportunities as well as client needs. This is the second time this year that AAI has expanded operating capacity to better serve clients in various industries. Earlier this year AAI opened a regional office located in Moncton, NB Canada. Recent expansion efforts are the result of increasing sales and the need to improve accessibility to clients in Canadian as well as the Gulf Coast Region.
