Process Operating Information

It is ideal if the following data points are available over a period of time. For example, a data set with hourly averages over a one or two-month period is usually representative of current conditions. If summer performance is significantly different from winter, it is best to have a representative month from each. Historical data can be provided in most any convenient format; a database or Excel file (.dbf or .xls) is excellent. If a historical data set is difficult to assemble or not available, AAI will work from average values which are seen to be representative.

Please provide any additional information such as unique aspects of the boiler or other process data which may be important to control and optimization of the unit. For example, are there operating concerns such as capacity, pluggage, emissions, coordination, stability or regulatory constraints? Is the current process limitation steaming rate, emissions level, or another parameter? Additionally, please provide any data relative to the boiler Predicted Performance Sheet from the manufacturer if available.
